RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At God's Word Cafe, your satisfaction matters. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at 2pastortodd@gmail.com.

Eligible for return/refund:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items received

Not eligible for return:

  • Opened coffee products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Orders delayed by carriers outside our control

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. We reserve the right to request photo evidence of damaged goods.
